LMA Consulting was born from the shared vision of Phil, Sanjay and their late friend and colleague Andy, who each brought decades of experience in leadership, coaching, and industry expertise. Together, they set out to create a consultancy that not only delivered best practices but deeply understood the human side of business.
While Andy’s unexpected passing in 2024 was a profound loss, his passion, insights, and commitment continue to shape LMA Consulting’s approach today. Phil and Sanjay honour his legacy by helping organisations navigate complex challenges, develop their people, and build sustainable success.
