Philip Gill

Philip spent five years with Brown & Root in the oil and gas sector, where he supported the resourcing and organisational development (OD) functions within HR on multi-million-pound contracts. He subsequently held the position of HR Director within the NHS before establishing himself as an independent consultant in 1995.
He holds a degree in Organisational Behaviour and an MBA from Lancaster University, and has completed the Internal Consultant Development Programme with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Philip’s consultancy work includes partnering with senior leadership teams to enhance organisational effectiveness across a wide range of sectors, including central government, healthcare, local government, financial services, manufacturing, and trade unions. He has developed capability across diverse organisations such as the Department of Health, NHS Digital, various NHS Trusts, pension funds, manufacturing firms, venture capital organisations, trade unions, and charities.
He is an accredited Executive and Team Coach, a qualified psychometric assessor (Levels A and B), and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
Sanjay Lamba

An experienced automotive professional with 34 years’ expertise leading global teams across South America, the UK, Germany, India, and Thailand. Demonstrates a strong ability to recognise and harness the influence of both local and corporate cultures to drive outstanding results.
Holds a proven track record in mentoring and developing emerging leaders, supporting them in achieving significant professional success. A confident communicator with well-developed active listening skills.
