Our individual services are designed to unlock personal potential:
- Coaching support – often when individuals are new to roles and have increased responsibilities, but also to improve general effectiveness. Coaching gives individuals time and space to think away from the everyday workplace demands. We support virtual, face to face and outdoor coaching interventions to allow people to centre on themselves and have deeper thoughts and conversations
- Training and development support in specific management areas
- Career planning services – we are able to support individuals in career decisions. Services include CV preparation, social media presence, interview training, coaching for career change, psychometric profiling and preparation for assessment exercises.
For teams
We recognise how important effective teams are to an organisation. An effective team can deliver superior results and performance whilst a dysfunctional team will perform indifferently.
Teams do not always become effective by chance. Targeted intervention can help to clarify aims and ways of working and provide insights into how different working styles can be harnessed to ensure effectiveness.
We are able to support teams at a number of stages; the newly formed team; the team that has become ‘stuck’; the team with new leaders or team members that requires a refresh; the team that is performing well but wants to see how it come become even more effective.
We undertake a number of interventions to support these teams:
- Team building events to clarify goals, roles and responsibilities, often including best in class psychometric instruments.
- Team coaching to address critical business needs.and help teams understand all of their stakeholder needs and how they need to respond to these
- Reviews of the structure of teams.
- Training programmes for teams in areas such as performance management, networking skills, effective people management, negotiation and influencing, presentation skills and time management.
- Challenge and support to teams as part of a long-term engagement where all elements above are covered at an appropriate time in the team’s development.
